Mike is a heavy-duty diesel specialist with 28 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding engines that keep fleets and equipment moving across Texas. As the owner of H&H Diesel Services in Seguin, TX, he focuses on reliable workmanship, honest communication, and fast turnaround for commercial, agricultural, and industrial clients. With deep expertise in engine overhauls, advanced diagnostics, fuel systems, and everything from frac engines to on-highway trucks and contractor equipment, his shop takes pride in solving the tough problems others can't and keeping customers' equipment running at its best. Mike is always open to connecting with fleet managers and owner-operators who need dependable diesel expertise.
Service Manager
Justin is an equipment and diesel technician with 10 years of hands-on experience across oilfield, utility construction equipment, and light-duty diesels, specializing in Ford Power Stroke 6.7 platforms, hydraulics, Altec, Terex, Versalift units, and advanced electrical diagnostics. As a Kubota industrial engine-certified technician, he takes pride in supporting a wide range of equipment and tackling complex diagnostic challenges. Justin is committed to developing a team that continuously expands its technical capabilities so the shop can serve as a true one-stop solution for customers' diagnostic and repair needs.

Office Manager
Kristine serves as our Office Manager, bringing 18 years of repair-facility office management experience and a leadership approach grounded in precision, accountability, and exceptional customer service. Her unwavering attention to detail ensures seamless coordination across the operation—from parts procurement and shop scheduling to customer communication and administrative oversight. Kristine's ability to manage complex workflows while maintaining a high standard of professionalism makes her an essential pillar of our organization and a key driver of our day-to-day success.

Fleet Advisor
Emily is a fleet advisor with 12 years of experience owning and operating her own auto repair facility, giving her a deep understanding of customer service, repair operations, and the daily demands of keeping equipment running. She is passionate about growing the business, strengthening long-term client relationships, and ensuring every customer receives reliable communication, accurate recommendations, and high-quality service. Her goal is to help the shop operate as a trusted partner for fleets by delivering consistent, professional support and a seamless service experience.

ASE Medium/Heavy Truck (T-Series) — Industry-standard credentials covering diesel engines, drivetrains, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and PM inspections. ASE L2 Advanced Level Diesel Diagnostics — High-level certification for complex electronic, aftertreatment, and drivability diagnostics. OEM Engine Certifications — Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, Navistar, Volvo/Mack, Hino, etc. Aftertreatment & Emissions Systems — DPF, DOC, SCR, DEF systems, regen strategies, and emissions compliance. Hydraulics & Mobile Equipment Systems — For bucket trucks, diggers, cranes, utility equipment, and construction machinery. Electrical & CAN Diagnostics — High-level electrical troubleshooting, multiplexing, and communication networks. CNG/LNG/Propane Fuel Systems — Required for natural-gas and alternative-fuel fleet equipment. HVAC 609 Certification — Mandatory for A/C service and refrigerant handling. Forklift & Heavy Equipment Safety — OSHA-aligned safety and operational training.
