What We Do

Modern diesel trucks are as much computer as they are machine. When a fault code triggers a derate or shutdown, you need a technician who understands both the electrical system and the engine it controls. Our diagnostics team uses industry-standard OEM software — Cummins INSITE, Detroit Diesel ServiceMaxx, Caterpillar ET, Allison DOC, Volvo VCADS, and more — to get to the root cause fast and keep your trucks out of derate and back on the road.

Fault Code Diagnosis

We don't just read codes and clear them. Every active fault is traced to its root cause — whether that's a failed sensor, wiring issue, or internal ECM fault — before anything is replaced.

ECM Programming

Engine control modules require precise calibration. We perform ECM replacements, software updates, and parameter adjustments using OEM-authorized tools.

ABS & Brake Electronics

ABS fault codes, wheel speed sensor failures, and modulator valve issues are diagnosed and repaired. We work on Bendix, Meritor WABCO, and Haldex systems.

Wiring & Harness Repair

Chafed wires, corroded connectors, and damaged harnesses cause intermittent faults that are notoriously hard to find. We trace circuits methodically and repair them properly — no tape-and-hope fixes.

Aftertreatment Systems

DPF regeneration failures, DEF dosing issues, and NOx sensor faults are diagnosed and repaired. We handle the full emissions system so you stay compliant and out of derate.

Charging & Starting

Alternator output, battery condition, and starter draw are tested with proper load testing equipment. We replace components that don't meet spec — not just the ones that are obviously failed.

Caterpillar ET (Electronic Technician)

Caterpillar ET is the OEM diagnostic platform for CAT C-series engines and equipment. We use it to read active and historical fault codes, perform injector trim calibrations, monitor live engine data, and program replacement ECMs on CAT-powered trucks and heavy equipment.

Allison DOC (Diagnostic Optimized Connection)

Allison DOC is the factory diagnostic tool for Allison automatic transmissions. We use it to read transmission fault codes, monitor clutch health and shift quality data, perform adaptive resets after rebuilds, and calibrate replacement TCMs — ensuring your Allison transmission is operating exactly to spec.

Volvo VCADS Pro / PTT

Volvo VCADS Pro and the Premium Tech Tool (PTT) are the OEM platforms for Volvo and Mack trucks. We use them to diagnose D11, D13, and D16 engine faults, program replacement control units, perform parameter adjustments, and troubleshoot aftertreatment and electrical system issues across the full Volvo/Mack lineup.

Navistar ServiceMaxx / Diamond Logic

For International and IC Bus trucks running MaxxForce and A26 engines, we use Navistar ServiceMaxx for engine diagnostics and Diamond Logic Builder for body controller and electrical system programming. This covers fault code diagnosis, injector performance testing, and custom body electrical configurations.

PACCAR ESA (Electronic Service Analyst)

PACCAR ESA is the OEM diagnostic software for Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks equipped with PACCAR MX-11 and MX-13 engines. We use it to diagnose engine and aftertreatment faults, perform injector cut-out tests, monitor live sensor data, and program replacement ECMs — keeping your PACCAR-powered trucks running at peak performance.
